Dear Parent / Guardian,

As part of our commitment to your child's well-being and academic development, classroom teachers regularly monitor visual and auditory habits. During normal daily instruction and board writing, the following behaviors were noticed for your child:

⚠️ Behavioral Observations Ticked:
  • Squints or frowns while looking at the blackboard.

🎯 Recommendation & Suggested Action Plan:

We highly recommend scheduling a comprehensive clinical distance and near vision screening during the next upcoming BREATHE health camp, or arranging an eye examination with a qualified optometrist/ophthalmologist. Visual challenges can significantly affect reading speed, focus, and overall academic confidence.

In the meantime, the school has accommodated the student by arranging seating in the front row of the classroom to ease learning strain.

Warm regards,

Classroom Teacher
